I have been working with Debra Donnelly from Hands on Beauty and Holistic Therapy in Hexham. We were looking for a way to show her "hands on healing massage". After experiencing the treatment for myself I created the short film combining video of Debra's massage and how it actually feels to receive it. I hope you enjoy watching the film.

Optix Software Ltd had a conference last week at Slaley Hall Hotel and I was commissioned to photograph their pre-dinner drinks. Good portraiture is important in whatever circumstance and for corporate events it shows the value the company places in it's employees sense of well being. It was a lovely evening to photograph.

I photographed the event in colour and then enjoyed creating the B+W images as they look so good!

I was commissioned by International paints to photograph the social elements of their conference at Slaley Hall Hotel over a three day period. The commission involved their evening of table football competitions and reaction speed tests all of which built great team spirit and was a delight to photograph.

The winners of the table football league. I returned the following day to photograph the whole conference attendees, and the next day for the formal dinner and awards. I made a video of the table football too which was a great success.

Carol Nunan is a Northumberland printmaker and she has developed a range of beautiful lamps, tea lights and glass coasters showing off her art work.

It was a delight to photograph them as they are so beautiful without any embellishments.

We chatted about her ideas and what she wanted to use the photos for as this gives a framework for how to approach them. As they are beautiful in their own right I photographed them to highlight this. So no need for a variety of camera angles, or creative use of depth of field in this instance.

I photographed the lamps lit and unlit as this shows how lovely they are even when not used as a light.
